What is Vaidra?
Vaidra is an Ayurvedic wellness brand offering herbal formulations designed to support everyday health concerns using traditional ingredients and modern manufacturing standards. We make six purposeful formulas — each built around a single, clear goal.
Are Vaidra products genuinely Ayurvedic?
Yes. Every formula starts from a classical Ayurvedic recipe, prepared faithfully. We don't market modern combinations as Ayurveda; we use Ayurveda as Ayurveda was meant to be used.
Are these products safe?
Vaidra products are made with traditionally-used herbal ingredients in standardized doses, manufactured under FSSAI and AYUSH licensed facilities, and tested batch-by-batch for heavy metals and contaminants. They are generally well-tolerated. That said, herbs are biologically active — always consult your healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or are on prescription medication.
Using Vaidra products
How long until I see results?
Ayurvedic formulations work cumulatively. Most people notice meaningful changes in 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use. Some lighter effects (better digestion, calmer sleep, steadier energy) often appear earlier. The point is consistency — these are not "feel it in 30 minutes" supplements.
Can I take multiple Vaidra products together?
In most cases, yes. The six formulas are designed to be complementary. For example, Shakti (energy) pairs well with Manas (calm) for people with daytime fatigue and stress. If you're considering three or more at once, write to us at hello@myvaidra.com and we'll suggest a sensible sequencing.
What's the recommended dosage?
Each product label specifies its own dose — typically 1–2 capsules daily, taken after meals with warm water. Always follow the dosage on the bottle, not what someone recommended online.
What's the best time of day to take them?
Most Vaidra formulas are best taken after meals — usually after breakfast and dinner. Manas can also be taken in the evening for sleep support. Specific timing is on each product label.
Can I take Vaidra with my regular medication?
Possibly, but not without checking. Some Ayurvedic herbs interact with medications — Ashwagandha with thyroid medication, for example, or Triphala with anticoagulants. Always confirm with your doctor before combining.
Are there any side effects?
Vaidra products are generally well-tolerated when used as directed. Mild digestive adjustment in the first week is common as your gut adapts. If you experience any persistent discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Are Vaidra products suitable for long-term use?
Most Ayurvedic formulations are designed for sustained use. Many traditional Rasayana (rejuvenating) herbs were used continuously across decades in classical practice. That said, we recommend periodic reassessment — typically every 3 months — to make sure the formula still matches your current state.
Ingredients & sourcing
Where are your herbs sourced?
Most of our raw materials come from certified Indian farms — primarily in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and the Himalayan foothills, depending on the herb. A few specialty ingredients (Shilajit, certain Himalayan herbs) are sourced from specific high-altitude regions. We disclose origin on every product page.
Are the products vegetarian?
Yes. Every Vaidra capsule is HPMC (plant-derived hypromellose), making them suitable for vegetarians. We do not use gelatin capsules.
Do you use fillers or artificial ingredients?
No artificial colors. No maltodextrin. No hydrogenated oils. Minimal use of pharmaceutical-grade flow agents (like silicon dioxide) only where required for consistent capsule filling. Everything else is the herb itself.
Do you test for heavy metals?
Yes — every batch. Each product carries a batch number you can use to request that batch's certificate of analysis (heavy metals, microbial counts, pesticide residue). Email hello@myvaidra.com with the batch number and we'll send it.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders across India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours of being placed and arrive in 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India. Prepaid orders also receive a Rs 100 discount automatically applied at checkout.
What's your return policy?
