Return & Refund Policy

At Vaidra, we want you to be confident in every order you place. This Return & Refund Policy outlines when and how returns and refunds are processed.

Eligibility for Return

Because Vaidra products are consumable Ayurvedic supplements, returns are accepted only in the following scenarios:

  • Damaged in transit: If your product arrives with a damaged package or broken seal.
  • Wrong product received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing defect: If you discover a defect such as missing capsules, broken capsules, or incorrect labeling.
  • Expired product: If the product is within 90 days of its expiry date at the time of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless they fall under the categories above.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@myvaidra.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include in the email:
    • Your order number
    • The product name
    • Reason for return (with clear photos showing the issue)
    • Batch number (printed on the bottle)
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address (if available in your pin code).
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you will be asked to ship the product back to us at the address provided. We will reimburse standard shipping costs upon receipt.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Prepaid (UPI/card/net banking): credited back to the source account.
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded via UPI or bank transfer to your provided account details.

Bank processing times vary; please allow up to an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Products opened or partially used (except for verified manufacturing defects).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Products without a valid order number or batch number reference.
  • Items received during promotional or clearance sales unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped at no charge. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to the return process above.

To cancel a pending order, email info@myvaidra.com with your order number as soon as possible.
