Shipping Coverage

Vaidra ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not currently available — please email info@myvaidra.com to be notified when your country becomes available.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of order value. There are no minimum order requirements.

Delivery Time

  • Order processing: Orders placed before 2pm IST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed later are shipped the next business day.
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote locations: Some pin codes (Northeast India, hill stations, island territories) may take an additional 2–4 business days.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Payment Methods

  • Prepaid (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets): Orders qualify for a flat Rs 100 discount automatically applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout, depending on order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link to your registered email and phone number. You can also track via:

  • Your account dashboard at myvaidra.com/account
  • The link in your order confirmation email
  • Reaching out to us at info@myvaidra.com with your order number

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner attempts delivery and is unable to reach you (incorrect address, no one available, refusal to accept), they will:

  • Make 2 additional attempts on consecutive business days.
  • Contact you using the phone number provided.
  • Return the package to us if all attempts fail.

For prepaid orders returned undelivered, we will refund the order amount minus actual reverse shipping charges. For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order, email us at info@myvaidra.com within 1 hour of order placement. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been packed or dispatched.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships at no charge:

  • Within 1 hour of order placement: Cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing us. Full refund issued.
  • After 1 hour but before dispatch: Email info@myvaidra.com immediately. We will cancel if the order has not yet been packed and shipped.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at info@myvaidra.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damaged packaging before opening and email us with the order number — we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Holiday and Festival Shipping

Shipping times may be extended around major Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.) due to higher courier volumes. We will communicate via email if any unusual delays are expected.
